With the prolongation of life, the use of multiple drugs occurs especially in elderly patients. Drugs used by geriatric patients and individuals with comorbid diseases may cause changes at the cell level that will cause mortal and morbid effects. Heart failure and cardiac syncope caused by the effect of cardiotoxic drugs are important risk factors for sudden cardiac death as stated in the literature. In our case, sudden cardiac death after cardiac syncope of a patient with metastatic breast cancer using carboplatin was presented.
