Rabies is one of the oldest infectious diseases worldwide. In dog bites, the head area is the most affected area in children. Here, we present an interesting case with multiple orbital fractures as a result of a dog bite and multiple incisions in the scalp, which required intensive care. A four-year-old boy applied to our emergency service because he was bitten by being dropped on the ground by his own unvaccinated dogs while playing in the garden. Six incisions and multiple orbital fractures were identified in the head. The first dose of rabies vaccine, rabies immunoglobulin, and antibiotics was administered to a 15 kg child who was bitten by an unvaccinated dog. We consulted the physician who accepted the referral, and we referred the wound with the need for intensive care without suturing it by washing it with plenty of saline and closing it with an iodinated antiseptic.
